Pros: 1. Sturdy, handy and looks good, but quite heavy, so thankfully it’s on castors. 2. Great having the large cupboard underneath, which opens on both ends, BUT, it’d be handier if there was a lightweight shelf in there though, making for an even better storage capability. Cons: 1. Strangely (and very inconveniently) there are no sides on the cupboard underneath, meaning once the drop sides are up, everything in the cupboard is visible. I’ll be adding sides once I figure out the best lightweight and visually pleasing option, so as not to add more weight to the table. 2. Horribly difficult to assemble. I’m an experienced flat pack assembler, but this was ridiculous, in part because it’s all so heavy, but also because the instructions were nowhere as clear as they needed to be, meaning mistakes were made. I had to undo, change and redo a few parts, making it even more time consuming & frustrating. 3. The two drawers need runners. Having none, they flop down when opened. 4. Rather than just the 1 support leg on castors on each side in the centre of each drop side, it would make a LOT more sense to have 2 on each side (under every corner) - making easier to sit at, and a lot more stability for each corner of both “leaves”.
