A. You can get directly from us,we have a huge range of spare parts.
Q. Does the item come assembled?
A. Almost all of our items are 90% Assembled.
Q. How will I receive the tax invoice?
A. You will need to send us a message requesting a tax invoice, and we will send it to your email.
Q. I have not received any response to my message from you. Can you give me a reason?
A. We usually reply to messages within 24 to 48 business hours of receiving a message.
Q. The item I purchased is not working how do I contact you?

A. Yes, we allow pick ups. Our warehouse location is- 1/191 The Horsley Drive Fairfield NSW 2165 Australia (Entry from Tangerine Street).
Q. Is there a showroom or a store where I can actually see the product?
A. Currently, we simply deliver items from our warehouse to your address. However, we have a showroom in
Sydney where some products are displayed. Just contact us if you need further information in this regard.
